The OrthoCut 4030 is a purpose-built 3-Axis CNC machine from AKRITI Precision Systems engineered specifically for high-speed manufacturing of custom orthotic insoles. With a working area of 400 x 300 mm, it excels at precision machining of soft materials such as EVA, rubber, silicone, and ABS.

It features IGUS German linear guides, Misumi high-throw lead screws, vacuum bed fixturing, and a fully enclosed design for clean and safe production.
